Jeff and Jacqui
The duo that started it all! Jeff is the Managing Director of Guild Homes looking over all the big stuff, While Jacqui puts her years of expertise of running a home herself into the finishing touches of every home, like making sure there is enough storage and making sure all of our homes have a 5 amp circuit so you can switch all the lamps on at the wall, because after all it’s the little things that make a house a home. – “my favourite part is seeing a plot of land become a home”
Holly
The eldest of 3 daughters, Holly, is a primary education student – in her final year - at the university of Worcester. Not only does she look after a very boisterous pup called Milo, she also finds the time to work for the family business in accounts. -“I like to see the reaction of the families when they first see their new home finished”
Kathrine and Darryn
Middle Daughter, Kathrine, simultaneously runs a home and the accounts side of the business. She studied Sport and Leisure Management at Loughborough University before joining Guild Homes in 2011. - she is also our go to girl for all things kitchen. -“The interiors are the best bit for me. I love to see the kitchen go in”
Ex Paratrooper Darryn works on our Spring Meadows Development as a forklift driver. Both are new parents to Indiana Rose.
Charlotte
Charlotte is the youngest daughter in the family and the newest recruit to the business. Charlotte only joined Guild Homes in January 2016 after studying Sports Science at Swansea University and then travelling, volunteering, and working abroad for the 2 years following. She now works as the Sales and Commercial Manager. – “I love meeting a family in the early stages of the build and staying with them to make all their decisions in making the house their own.”
